Processing & Shipping
Wrenwood Woodland Apothecary products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, seasonal releases, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays outside of our control.

Warm-Weather Shipping
Some Wrenwood products, particularly body butters, may be sensitive to high temperatures during transit. We may adjust packaging or add seasonal protective materials when appropriate based on weather and shipping conditions.

Because packages can encounter temperatures outside of our control after leaving Wrenwood, temporary softening may occur during very warm weather. If your order arrives leaking, damaged, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
